Terms of use

These terms are maintained by the operator of Lekkompis and apply to everyone who uses the service. They are a starting point and should be reviewed by a lawyer before commercial launch.

1. The service

Lekkompis helps parents in Sweden find other families with children of similar age and interests and plan play dates. The service is provided by [Your company name] (placeholder) ([privacy@yourdomain.se] (placeholder)).

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure. Children may not create accounts.

3. Your content and consent

By adding a child profile you confirm that you have the authority to share that information and consent to it being shown to other signed-in families in the limited form described in the privacy policy. Keep children's details minimal: first name, age and interests are enough. Do not publish school names, addresses, phone numbers or health information.

4. Conduct and safety

Be respectful. Harassment, discrimination, sexual content, commercial spam and attempts to contact other families' children directly are prohibited. You can report or block any family from their profile or from a chat message. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Meetings arranged through Lekkompis happen at your own responsibility. We do not perform background checks and do not supervise play dates.

5. Availability and changes

The service is offered free of charge during early access and is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features, and we will notify you of material changes to these terms.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory Swedish or EU law.

7. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are heard by Swedish courts, and consumers may also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
